This event is exclusively for BlueCielo's worldwide partners. (Separate user conferences will be held for customers in various locations in Europe and the Americas later this year.)

The Okura is splendidly located on the banks of one of Amsterdam's famous canals (Amstel Canal) in the heart of the city, close by the RAI Convention Center, 15 minutes from Schiphol International Airport and close to many places of cultural interest. BlueCielo has arranged a very special group room rate at Hotel Okura Amsterdam for our conference and training attendees - just €195/night for a Deluxe Room (single occupancy) including breakfast which will be served in the meeting room. For double occupancy, a surcharge of €35 applies. The special rate will apply should you wish to arrive/depart a day or two earlier/later than the event dates (subject to availability). (Normal room-only rates: Deluxe Room - €305, Standard Room - €235).

Airport Transfers & Parking
Hotel Okura Amsterdam has its own spacious parking facilities. The parking fee is €4.00/hour or €19.50/day for BlueCielo conference and training attendees (usual rate €35/day). Schiphol International Airport is a 15-minute drive to the hotel.
If you do not have your own transport, you can use the airport shuttlebus. For more information visit this website: Schiphol Hotel Shuttle. The shuttle will take you directly from Schiphol to the hotel and the other way around.

Early-bird registration fee is €549/person until January 31. After January 31, the regular registration fee will be €749/person.
Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred (please notify us of any changes to attendees via email). Conference fees include all conference sessions and meals.
BlueCielo Partner Training
Early-bird training fee is €885/person until January 31 and €985/person after January 31 (includes lunch, refreshments and training materials). The BlueCielo group hotel rate will apply for your hotel reservations at Okura Hotel Amsterdam (limited availability).
